POP UP MNCWE TRAINING WEEKEND AT BME  - hey peeps, just an impromptu get together seeing as our event has been cancelled. I will set up a full course and flag and number it so we can pretend like we are doing a competitive round without the pressure. A few of us did this last weekend when BDC comp was cancelled - it was a great opportunity. See you tomorrow.

Saturday Session only 12 pm $30

Sunday Session only 9 am $30

Both days (Sat & Sun) $60

Saturday & Sunday sessions including overnight camping and horse yards $80 (this will include use of facilities afternoon tea and cheese and biccies but no power).

We can still go the Nabiac Pub as planned for dinner. Once numbers for sessions and also camping are confirmed I will draw a mud map for parking - this will be numbered in arrival order giving priority on the hard stand for those camping overnight. I can probably fit 7 on the hard stand and the rest will have to park in the quarry driveway entrance before the quarry gate.

All yards are to be left clean and no hay to be fed near the arena please.

Be familiar with housekeeping notes attached - including picking out hooves before entering the arena.
