The adult riding group meets on a Wednesday morning and the co-ordinator for this is Jill Davis, please contact Jill if you would like any inforamtion on how the group runs.

Adult Rider Full Membership - $130.00
Full member of Busselton Horse and Pony Club Inc, able to access the club grounds when not in use via booking system, able to hold a position on the club committee and full voting rights. Riders over the age of 18yrs.
Adult rider club membership is provided to those riders must have their own personal Public Liability and Personal Accident cover via membership for 2024 with Equestrian WA or as a 2024 PCWA Open Rider. This information must be supplied on joining.
PCWA Open Rider membership is available via the JustGo Membership Portal. You would have recieved an email to do your renewal. You join directly with Pony Club Western Australia as your club.
UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION/RENEWAL A WAIVER OF LIABILITY DOCUMENT AND MEDICAL INFORMATION DOCUMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU DIRECTLY FOR COMPLETION AND RETURN TO CLUB SECRETARY.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL THESE DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED.
All new memership applications willl be presented to the next committee meeting for approval and membership is not approved until you recieve notification from the club sectretary or Adult Rider co-ordinator, Jill Davis.
Once approved you will recieve an email with your membership card attached.
Competition Only Membership - $50.00
Able to attend all club competitions in the year run under EA/EWA rules as a 'Restricted Club Member' covered by public liability only, will receive club communications.
Busselton H&PC hghly reccommends ALL riders have 24/7 Personal Accident Inurance (taken out by you personally) and Ambulance Coverage.
Day Membership - $25.00
Provides access to the grounds and activity for ONE nominated day. Attend an annual maximum 2 club activities/competitions run under EA/EWA rules covered by public liability only.

MEMBERSHIP EXPECTATIONS - CROSS COUNTRY & GENERAL ASSISTANCE
As part of your membership we do have expectations of our members and families.
As you'll be aware, Busselton Horse and Pony Club is a volunteer base sporting club.
We have recently upgraded our Cross Country course and would like to maintain it at the current standard.
As part of your membership, every family and adult rider member will be given a 'Zone' on the cross country course to help look after.
Don't worry though, you will not be on your own. We have an overall Cross Country course co-ordinator (Jill Davis), and each of the 5 zones will have a leader.
Several families/adult rider members will be asked to look after each zone.
We have a set of overall maintenance guidelines, but in general, zones will need to be kept tidy and safe, holes filled in, honkey nuts raked up, whipper snipped, jumps inspected
for damage (and repaired with guidance/assistance by co-ordinator and leader) and periodically painted particularly before events. Mowing is done separately.

General Club Assistance: prior to club events we expect that all members assist with club clean up, set up and in some cases, like the Winter Show Jumping Festival, pack up.
